ARABICBRIDGE LANGUAGE SERVICES LTD is the controller of personal data processed through this site and its services.

What we collect

The quote form collects your name, contact details and assignment details. You may optionally attach up to three PDF, JPG or PNG documents when they are needed to price the work.

Why we use it

We use the information to handle your enquiry, take steps before entering a contract, deliver the service, and meet legal and accounting obligations.

Optional conversion measurement

By default, the Google tag operates without advertising or analytics storage and without user data, and may send a cookieless conversion signal for aggregate measurement. After you consent and successfully submit a quote request, the tag normalises and hashes your email address using SHA-256 before Google Ads receives it to attribute the conversion. Your name, phone number, organisation and assignment details are not sent to Google Ads. The random reference prevents duplicate counting.

Protecting uploaded documents

Quote-stage documents are held in private object storage with no public bucket address. The ArabicBridge team receives a high-entropy link that expires after seven days, requires an explicit confirmation and permits one download. File type and size are checked, and the file is downloaded rather than rendered in the browser; these checks are not malware scanning. Remove pages or data that are not needed, and do not email sensitive documents.

Retention

The stored copy is deleted when the team first downloads it. If it is not downloaded, the link expires after seven days and the file is queued for deletion after 30 days, then removed during the next automated housekeeping run. Other enquiry information is retained only for as long as needed to respond, deliver the service, or meet legal and accounting requirements.
